Payments

Payments will be automatically calculated through the Fasten app. If we can't process your payment for some reason, we will notify you in the app.

Troubleshooting Payment Issues:  

  • Make sure that your Credit/Debit Card has not expired.
  • Make sure you have up to date payment information.
  • Find out if your bank has declined the transaction.  
  • Double check with your bank after you have verified that the payment information is still valid.
  • Add a different Credit/Debit Card.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay for your Fasten ride using PayPal.

Please note: we cannot accept pre-paid debit cards.
