Lost items

If you have left an item in a Fasten vehicle, please contact your driver by:

  1. Going into the app menu
  2. Selecting your trip through the "Trips" option
  3. Selecting "Report a problem" at the bottom of the screen
  4. Selecting "I forgot something in the car"

Or if you are unable to use the app, send an email to support@fasten.com. Please use "Lost Item" as the subject and include in the body of the email:

  1. The time of the ride
  2. A description of lost item

When an item is retrieved by a Fasten driver it is brought to the Fasten Office where it will remain for up to 45 days.
While we will do our best to get your possessions back, Fasten is not responsible for items left in cars.
